Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision or supply an insufficient quality image. Goods will be fully replaced when the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products Worldwide wide using Australia Post Courier/EMS International. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 business days depending on your location. Our prints are produced in our quality workshops located throughout the World.

Customer Service Policy 

We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-15 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  

 Image Editing As Required

Where supplied images require editing or cropping to fit chosen size requirements and no specific instructions have been received with the order our design team will make the final decision on exactly how this is done. If you are concerned that your image may not or may not fit to the size chosen please email after placing your order and request a proof of your image before it goes to print. If you have specific requirements for your image or artwork regarding cropping and editing please leave notes in the comments box at online checkout or email us directly after your order is placed as prints which do not have any instructions with them will strictly not be replaced if the customer is unhappy with the final outcome.

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 17/11/2010. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with rices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
