Having been a web-designer I was well pleased with the straightforward, easy to navigate selection and ordering process. At no point from start to finish did I encounter a problem. My canvas was delivered within the quoted time frame and packaged to a standard that prevented any damage to the finished work.

The biggest feature though is the quality of my print. Having purchased canvas prints from mainland states before I rate Chenoa Canvas to be of comparable to better quality than those other purchases.

"I came across your company while I was helping my best friend plan her memorial service. She sadly passed away the morning after I purchased a voucher for the canvases and with the lead up to Christmas the memorial was held as soon as possible. When I explained my situation they were very understanding and did everything they could possibly do to help me get the canvases printed and delivered for the day. Special notes were even made so that I could be notified of their approximate arrival date. To my surprise I received an email on the Sunday (which is very rare) saying they would arrive sometime the next day. As well as an offered to upgrade the size of my prints for free so the photos were not distorted. The prints arrived right on time and in excellent quality. They were even shrink wrapped before bubble wrapping for extra protection. I can't express how much I have appreciated the service which was extended above and beyond my expectations.
